On the road from Nordkapp to Cadiz, recently, I called in to visit an old friend of mine in Sweden, and in the years that have passed since we last saw each other, Lukas Östberg has been a busy man, starting quite a few new businesses and ventures.
Definitely the most flavour-filled and gastronomically interesting of them is Höganäs Brewery, a Swedish Beer Laboratory with international influences, built on long hours, hard work, blood, sweat, and great beers!
